Ever found yourself bidding on auction stuff just for the heck of it? Or at least getting close to bidding? There’s that thrill that maybe, just maybe you got a deal and get to play with that new toy. I think I found the equivalent in flight award booking last night.
It’s been a while… I know. Firstly, New Orleans received its first 787 flight! Not by design. Anyway, I’ll dive right in though with some updates on the finer details of the Chase Airtran card I covered when it first came out about 10 weeks ago.
Ok, so I read obscure references to this but perhaps missed the point. Airtran and Southwest credits (NOT points) expire after 1 year. Or do they?!? Apparently small things behave very differently than anything big which is a wonderful and significant story (for frequent fliers).
There’s a lot of gnashing of teeth occasionally whether you can play the churning game over the long haul. Sometimes I’m still amazed at the number of cards out there and strategies.
